Currently we are preceptor sites for 5 paramedic and EMT schools. Every day we average 2-3 students riding with us. If you are interested in riding as a student with our department please contact your schools clinical coordinator.  We use FISDAP as the scheduling tool to assist with Clinical Ride Time.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be affiliated with a partner school

• Waiver (Signed / On file)

• Traffic Vest 

• School Approved Uniform

  • NO outside agency  

  • NO logos from other agency

• ID Tag

  • Above Waist

• School's Clinical Coordinator and Buchanan County EMS Student Clinical Coordinator Approval.
